With our first furnished model now open for tours, our attention turns to the completion of our next two models, the Magnolia Flex and the Rosewood. The Magnolia Flex is scheduled to be completed around the end of January and the Rosewood a short time later.
By the way, the opening of the Hibiscus model isn’t the only milestone Sienna Reserve is celebrating as we start a new year. Our grand entrance, including the impressive gatehouse, as well as the stone and marble privacy entry wall with cascading water feature, is also finished and operational. It’s quite the sight and sets the tone for the entire community.
