Well, summer is upon us and most people would think it’s time to slow down and take it easy. At Sienna Reserve, nothing could be further from the truth.
Construction on some 25 homes continues at an aggressive, steady pace. In fact, in June several new homes are scheduled to be completed while a few others will start the construction phase.
We’re also happy to report several families have already closed on their new homes and are enjoying all the community – and their home – have to offer.
As one of our VIPs, we thought you’d also like to know only a handful of homes still remain at Sienna Reserve. Most overlook the freshwater lake, but there is still an opportunity to have a home with views of the pristine preserve.
As you may recall, we have a total of 8 one- and two-story floor plans available ranging in size from 2,344 to 4,971 square feet under air.
Even though our floor plans were carefully designed to include the features and amenities today’s home buyer is looking for, all of our homes can be customized to fit your lifestyle. That includes enlarging bedrooms, bathrooms, leisure rooms and kitchens, installing a built-in wine closet or even adding an outdoor summer kitchen. If you can dream it – we can provide it.
